The draft Plan of Management (PoM) for St Leonards Park sets out Council’s land management objectives for the Park, addresses current issues and identifies and prioritises required work. It meets Council’s obligations regarding public land management under the Local Government Act 1993, the Crown Land Management Act 2016 and the Native Title Act 1993 and enables flexibility of use by Council and the community.

Next Steps
Once the exhibition period has ended, Council’s project team will review all submissions. A report to Council will outline the community’s responses to the draft PoM, and any changes needed to finalise the document resulting from the submissions. Once adopted, the document will replace Council’s existing PoM for St Leonards Park 2011.
