Submission Form - Precinct Merger Proposal-(copy)

Neutral Precinct Committee is proposing to merger with the inactive Precinct areas of Hayes and Kurraba. This is not a voting form, rather this consultation seeks to determine community sentiment for the proposal - all feedback will be collated (excluding personal identifiers) and shared with Neutral Precinct Committee. 

Note: Personal information about submitters is required under Council's Access to Information Policy. Council is collating feedback on behalf of Neutral Precinct. The collated feedback, excluding personally identifiable information, will be provided to Neutral Precinct.
