Heritage Listing of 15 Allister Street, Cremorne (PP8/22)

Submissions close 17 April 2023

On 10 October 2022, Council resolved to endorse a Planning Proposal proceeding to Gateway Determination to amend North Sydney Local Environment Plan 2013 to identify the property at 15 Allister Street, Cremorne as a local heritage item.

On 19 December 2023, the Minister for Planning issued a Gateway Determination allowing the Planning Proposal to be placed on public exhibition.

The Planning Proposal seeks to amend the planning controls under North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2013 (NSLEP 2013) to identify the property at 15 Allister Street, Cremorne as a local heritage item. The Planning Proposal will be publicly exhibited from 6 March to 17 April 2023.

The Planning Proposal can be viewed in the document library. Hard copies of the documents are made available for viewing at Council’s Customer Service Centre and Stanton Library during opening hours.
