Community Survey - Open Space & Recreation

In North Sydney, we have limited opportunities to deliver new open space areas due to land availability and high land costs, therefore we need to consider new ways of getting the most out of what we already have.

We also need to start thinking about open space and recreation more broadly, with consideration given to how our ‘grey’ public spaces such as roads and carparks can be used to offer innovative new recreational offerings. 

Completing this Survey will assist Council in our planning to meet our community’s needs for open space, sport and recreation facilities over the next 10 years. The questions are grouped according to the key themes identified in the Open Space & Recreation Discussion Paper.
