Draft Operational Plan & Budget 2024/25

The draft Operational Plan and Budget 2024/25 details year three of the Delivery Program 2022-2026, outlining the projects and services that will be undertaken in the third year of the four-year Delivery Program. The Operational Plan is presented by Divisional view for ease of identifying the Council Department responsible for delivering each project/service.

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Council must adopt its annual Operational Plan & Budget for the coming financial year by 30 June, outlining the activities to be undertaken in the next financial year (i.e. from 1 July 2024), as part of the Delivery Program. In accordance with the Local Government (General) Regulation 2021, the Operational Plan & Budget must include the annual Revenue Policy (refer to Appendix 2).
