Draft Operational Plan & Budget 2023/24

The draft Operational Plan and Budget 2023/24 details Year 2 of the Delivery Program 2022-2026, outlining the projects and services that will be undertaken in the second year of the four-year Delivery Program. The Operational Plan is presented by Divisional view for ease of identifying the Council Department responsible for delivering each project/service.

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Council must adopt its annual Operational Plan & Budget for the coming financial year by 30 June, outlining the activities to be undertaken in the next financial year (i.e. from 1 July 2023), as part of the Delivery Program. In accordance with the Local Government (General) Regulation 2021, the Operational Plan & Budget must include the annual Revenue Policy (refer to Appendix 2).
