Consultation has concluded

The amendments to the Encroachment Management Policy are proposed to enable Council to more effectively manage encroachments over land that it owns and controls.

On 24 July 2017, Council resolved to place the Amended Encroachment Management Policy on public exhibition for 28 days.

Due to an administrative error the document was not accessible on Council’s website for the entire exhibition period, Council is re-exhibiting the Amended Encroachments Management Policy to ensure that everyone is provided with equal opportunities to make a submission. Submissions already made in response to initial exhibition period will be considered at close of the second exhibition period. Previous submitters will be advised that they do not need to re-submit.

The Amended Encroachments Management Policy is being placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days from Thursday 12 October 2017 to Friday 10 November 2017 and may be viewed at Council’s Customer Service Centre, in Stanton Library and on Council’s website.
